Managing your subscription is easy! Log into your account, head to “Orders,” then "Manage Subscriptions," and you can skip a delivery, pause for a bit, or cancel anytime. We want your POCA experience to work for you, so you're always in control.

How do I update my payment method?
Easy! Log into your account, go to "Payment Methods," and update your card info. Your next order will process with the new payment method automatically.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, we get it packed and ready to ship super fast. This means we can't update the shipping address. Double-check your address at checkout to make sure your POCA arrives at the right place! If you need to make a change for futur
